Part of the LSL group of companies, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is one of the country's largest providers of residential property risk expertise and surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete one mortgage valuation every twenty-five seconds and itβs our incredible team of Valuation Survey Co-ordinators (VSCs) who keep our surveyors' diaries full. This role is hybrid so you'll need to have a quiet space at home to work as well as a good internet connection. We will set you up for success by providing the technology you need and a packed induction programme to guide you through your first weeks with us.
As a VSC you can expect to carry out the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to Estate Agents, vendors, tenants and property developers.
- Arrange appointments for our surveyors to complete property valuations and surveys.
- Manage customers' expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
- Manage queries in relation to appointments.
- Handle computer-based tasks and data entry responsibilities, ensuring all information inputted onto the system is completed with high levels of accuracy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all customers both internal and external.
To progress your application, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate between different systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
- Pro-active and progressive attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Previous contact centre/call handling experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
On-going training and support is also given to encourage our colleagues to progress their careers within the company or wider LSL group.

- 5 day working week, which may include 1 Saturday per month
- M-F 8-8, Sat 8-6 and some bank holidays (8-4.30).
