LSL Estate Agency Franchising is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Executive to support our Marketing team in delivering high-quality website updates and digital system support for our Estate Agency Franchisees across our LSLi brands. The role is offered on a permanent full-time contract on a Hybrid basis from our York based office. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimising eight brand websites – from day-to-day updates and SEO improvements to supporting large-scale projects and AI-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update multiple brand websites via CMS
- Support website projects and change requests
- Monitor and improve SEO and website performance
- Analyse traffic, user behaviour and conversions (GA4, SEO tools, Hotjar)
- Provide reporting insights and recommend improvements

- Experience using website CMS platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and web analytics
