Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to:

  • Be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation.
  • Have a strong foundational knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
  • Possess either:
  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus at least one year of industry-relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of industry-relevant work experience.

Alternatively, candidates with:

  • 4+ years of industry-relevant experience

are also encouraged to apply.
