Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

To be considered for the trainee programme, you need to:
- Be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation.
- Have a strong foundational knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
- Possess either:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus at least one year of industry-relevant work experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of industry-relevant work experience.
Alternatively, candidates with:
- 4+ years of industry-relevant experience
are also encouraged to apply.
