To be considered for the trainee programme, you will need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria are:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus a minimum of one-year industry-relevant work experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus a minimum of two years of industry-relevant work experience.
- We require a minimum of 4+ years of industry-relevant experience.
