What You'll Do
Working alongside experienced surveyors and operational leaders, you'll receive structured training, practical experience, and ongoing support as you develop your surveying expertise.
You'll:
- Learn how to inspect and assess residential properties.
- Develop knowledge of construction methods, building defects, and risk assessment.
- Support mortgage valuation and residential surveying activities.
- Build relationships with customers, lenders, and colleagues.
- Receive coaching and mentoring from experienced surveyors.
- Work towards professional accreditation and career progression.

Eligibility
To join our trainee pathway, you'll typically need to be eligible to progress towards AssocRICS accreditation through either:
- A relevant degree qualification, or
- Minimum 4 years of property industry experience.
