Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

To qualify for the programme, you should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant experience.
- A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
