To qualify for the programme, you should be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology. The criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant experience.
  • A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.

Details are available on the RICS website. We also welcome applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
