Eligibility criteria include:

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree with at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience.
