To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have strong Residential Building Pathology knowledge. The criteria include:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant work experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
We are also interested in candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
