To be considered, you need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
The Criteria:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post-graduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant industry experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.

We are also interested in applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
