Eligibility criteria include:
- A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification with at least one year of relevant industry experience.
- A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience.
Full criteria are available on the RICS website. We are also interested in candidates with the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
