Residential Valuation Surveyor

We’re part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group of companies, which includes YOUR MOVE and Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgage broker network First Complete. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.

Over the past 30 years, we’ve enjoyed huge success in kick-starting and developing the careers of hundreds of residential surveyors. Right now, we’re looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out residential valuation work, including Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations
  • Work from home with equipment provided; receive a company car or car allowance for employed posts
  • Deliver high-quality service to lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents and private clients
  • Utilise industry-leading technology and a nationwide team to support valuation work

Qualifications

  • RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying
  • Experience with Home Buyer Reports and Mortgage Valuations (mix acceptable)
