Responsibilities
- Carry out property inspections and record site notes to enable production of survey reports
- Maintain a sound knowledge of local conditions that may affect property
- Understand and apply industry requirements (RICS) to formulate survey reports, including e.surv policy and practice.
- Take responsibility to maintain and develop own Continuous Professional Development.
- Develop effective relationships with all departments to optimise efficient systems.
- Build relationships with external agencies (estate agents, surveyors).
Qualifications
We\’re looking for driven and experienced people who are AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited focusing on conducting Level 2 surveys on either a full time or part time basis.
