Residential Surveyor
e.surv Chartered Surveyors is one of the UK’s leading providers of residential valuation services. In fact, we carry out 1 valuation every 25 seconds! We employ over 400 RICS registered surveyors right across the UK which means we’re able to offer our clients and customers the flexibility of national coverage with the benefits of local expertise.
We\’re part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group of companies, which includes household names Your Moveand Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgagenetwork PRIMIS. We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities and estate agents in addition to private customers.
Over the past 30 years, we’ve enjoyed huge success, kick-starting and developing the careers of hundreds of residential surveyors. Right now, we’re looking to recruit even more residential surveyors and registered valuers to our nationwide teams, all of whom are now benefiting from our industry-leading technology.
You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying. That includes any mix of Home Buyer Reports, Mortgage Valuations and Building Surveys. You’ll be based from home, but we’ll provide you with all the equipment you need to establish a home office, together with a company car or car allowance for all employed posts.
And because work/life balance and flexibility is an important part of our approach, we welcome applications from surveyors interested in both Full and Part time positions, as well those seeking opportunities on a Consultancy or Flexible Hours basis. Depending on your level of experience, we offer a market leading basic salary, flexible benefits package and a fair approach to incentive earnings.
