Trading since 1989, Chartered Surveyors is the UK\’s number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors nationwide, providing coverage from Land’s End to John O’Groats and Northern Ireland, with local knowledge.

We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for the UK\’s leading lenders. Our size and extensive network enable us to offer the most comprehensive postcode coverage among corporate brands, minimizing travel time and maximizing survey capacity.
About you:
You must be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
