We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.
e.surv Chartered Surveyors are currently recruiting for Residential Surveyors across the UK to join us on a Survey only basis. We’re looking for driven and experienced people who are AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS accredited focusing on conducting Level 2 surveys on either a full time or part time basis.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out property inspections and record site notes to enable production of survey reports.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of local conditions that may affect property.
- Understand and apply industry requirements (RICS) to formulate survey reports, including e.surv policy and practice.
- Take responsibility to maintain and develop own Continuous Professional Development.
- Develop effective relationships with all departments to optimise efficient systems.
- Build relationships with external agencies (estate agents, surveyors).
