Job Description :-

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience

– Bachelor\’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; Master\’s preferred.

– 10-15 years of experience in supply chain planning or business analysis, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail.

– Proven experience working with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).

– Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment logic.

Technical & Functional Skills :-

– Excellent understanding of supply chain planning data models, including demand signals, lead times, safety stock logic, and ATP.

– Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and data warehousing concepts.

– Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and commercial teams.

Soft Skills :-

– Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

– Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.

– Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior analytics leaders.

– Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:-

– Experience in AI/ML-driven planning systems or working with data science teams to deploy predictive models.

– Exposure to digital transformation or supply chain analytics platforms.

– International experience working with multi-regional or global supply chains.

– Knowledge of S&OP maturity models and planning process benchmarks.
