Main responsibilities
- Leading stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and prioritize clear and aligned business
requirements for both demands and projects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate business needs.
- Creating detailed business requirements documentation, such as functional specifications, user
stories, use-cases and business processes. - Working closely with architects to propose solutions for business requirements, ideas and
problems in line with target architecture and roadmap. - Acting as SME on business requirements specifications during design, build and test phases, as
well as managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Assisting in quality assurance and testing processes as a key reviewer.
- Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented environment, contributing to the overall success of IT
projects and initiatives within Alpiq.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent certification, preferably in electrical engineering, computer
science, or related discipline. - At least 5 years of relevant business analysis experience within the energy sector.
- Hands-on experience of agile methodologies and tools, proven knowledge of the software
development lifecycle. - CPRE certification, and familiarity with modeling tools such as BMPN, is a strong plus.
- Experience in the optimization of flexible energy assets or energy trading is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical
information to diverse audiences. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and
interpret data for decision-making. - Fluency in English, knowledge of German, French or Spanish.
