Key responsibilities

  • Conduct initial scoping of new transformation programmes — understand the problem, map current-state processes, and structure a clear path forward.
  • Research and evaluate technology solutions available in the market and produce clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Work across client delivery, technology, product, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and align on delivery approach.
  • Support deployment planning for cross-cutting automation, data, and process initiatives spanning the global client delivery organization.
  • Run ahead of upcoming initiatives — do the legwork so that programme and process owners can move quickly once funding and priorities are confirmed.
  • Contribute to the redesign of core end-to-end processes (e.g. payment journeys, reconciliation) — identifying automation opportunities and reduction of manual touchpoints.

What we're looking for

  • Consulting background (e.g. strategy / management consulting associate level) or equivalent analytical BA experience.
  • Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct research, and translate findings into actionable plans and presentations.
  • Experience working across technology and operations teams within financial services, asset management, or fund administration preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, change-heavy environment where priorities evolve and pace of delivery is high.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, process mapping, or data strategy work is a plus.
