Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Power Platform implementations.
- Oversee integrations with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party systems.
- Implement governance, security, ALM, and deployment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod environments).
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to Power Platform developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Stay updated with Microsoft Power Platform releases and roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, API Management).
- Experience with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Azure DevOps, Git).
- Good understanding of security, roles, permissions, and governance in Power Platform.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Experience leading enterprise or large-scale Power Platform programs.
