Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Delivering complex and strategic IT Infrastructure projects within a global environment.
- Managing and coordinating all project activities from initiation to implementation including project setup, kickoff, requirements analysis, solution design, build, test, production implementation, post-implementation review, training, issue resolution, status reporting, and lessons learned.
- Working on multiple projects while leading and coordinating cross-company teams responsible for the overall delivery of an assigned project.
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex IT Infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation.
- Work stream lead for Infrastructure aspects of business projects.
- Accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time, within defined scope and budget.
- Responsible for project planning and resource allocation across multiple teams.
- Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed.
- Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and issue/risk logs.
- Responsible for controlling and monitoring performance across all aspects of an assigned project.
- Provides support to delivery stream and customers to define business requirements while taking ownership for delivering quality solutions.
- Responsible for the prioritisation of all project tasks.
- Provides sales support and business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Proven success in delivering medium to large complex IT Infrastructure projects within budget and specified timeframes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure hardware and operational methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IT networks.
- International travel may be required.
- 5 to 10 years project management experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Card Payments business knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries.
- Quality focused with strong attention to detail.
