Fragrance Consultant

Job Description:

Key responsibilities

· Consult and guide the IT project team for Proposal preparation on Fragrance Manufacturing Process, Functional Inputs & Constraints.

· Help in Influencing & winning the RFP deal for bespoke Batch Manufacturing application development with right inputs.

· Post winning the deal, help in periodic review the Functional aspects for Screen Development, Testing the Application & Fit for use.

Primary/ Mandatory skills

1. Subject Matter Expertise on Fragrance Industry, specifically on Manufacturing side from Formula creation to Production Process.

2. End to End Production Process Knowledge from Dosing & Mixing & Filling Operations using the latest Machines like Fricke System.

3. Latest IT & OT systems knowledge like ERP planning & production, Batch Management or MES systems in Fragrance Manufacturing.

4. Tech savvy to think & guide AI application in the Fragrance Manufacturing like in Machine Allocation, Alternate RMs suggestion, refilling suggestion etc.

5. 10+years or Higher experience on the Manufacturing & Technology side.

6. Must have 10-15 years of experience in Perfume manufacturing industry.

7. Best if worked in client facing roles.

8. Able to proactively suggest process optimization and system design.

9. Hands on with the best-in-class practices in perfumery Industry

Nice to have:

1.Experience with MS Dynamics 365

2. worked with offshore based team in India in the past.

3. Having good consulting experience with UK based clients (Nice to have)
