Design and Development- Lead the design and development of Appian applications including process models user interfaces integrations and custom components.

Technical Leadership-Provide guidance and mentorship to Appian developers ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaboration- Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Code Reviews- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality security and scalability of Appian applications.

Testing and Deployment- Participate in testing debugging and deployment of Appian solutions including performance optimization and automation.

Problem Solving-Troubleshoot postproduction issues and identify areas for improvement in Appian applications.

Documentation- Create and maintain technical documentation for Appian applications

Innovation- Drive innovation in Appian by exploring new technologies and methodologies

Project Management- Lead projects and run workshops to break down epics into stories says a job description from Naukricom

Skills and Qualifications-

-Strong understanding of Appian platform and its capabilities including process modeling SAIL interfaces and integrations.

-Experience with database concepts and SQL.

-Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

-Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

-Experience with Appian deployment and performance management.

-Ability to work with and mentor junior developers.

-Understanding of best practices for designing and developing Appian applications.
