Role: AI Governance Specialist
Location: Germany (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Developing guidelines, standards, and processes for the responsible use of AI and implementing them throughout the company.
- You will analyze regulatory requirements and ensure that all AI projects comply with the law.
- You will conduct regular audits and risk analyses and monitor compliance with compliance requirements.
- You will coordinate interdisciplinary dialogue between specialist departments, data protection, IT security, and external partners.
- You design, update, and organize training courses and internal awareness measures.
- You advise managers and project teams on questions relating to the ethical, legal, and technical evaluation of AI systems.
- Structured recording and modeling of business processes using the BPMN methodology.
- Analysis of existing processes, their graphical representation using BPMN, and support in optimizing processes within the company in the context of data governance.
Qualifications
- Degree in natural sciences, computer science, law, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in governance, compliance, data protection, IT security, or artificial intelligence
- In-depth knowledge of current AI technologies and their regulatory framework, in particular the EU AI Act, data protection (GDPR), and ethical guidelines
- Strong analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills
- Experience in the application of BPMN, a good understanding of business processes, and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
