The successful candidate will advise and support on Data protection Policy management.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and areas for improvements in line with ISO and ETSI standards.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Carry out information security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and document risks and risk treatments.
  • Review change controls to ensure that no unnecessary changes are made, all changes are documented, services are not unnecessarily disrupted and resources are used efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work within the compliance department to ensure policies, procedures, projects and systems are robust, delivered on time and fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate the quality assurance and file review process and elevate within the set parameters.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and security matters and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and investigate potential compliance violations or breaches.
  • Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact eSign's compliance requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
  • Proven work experience in quality assurance and compliance.
  • Experience working in cyber security preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in all MS Office products such as Excel, Word etc.
  • Excellent analytics skills and the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with conducting investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Detail oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate results and information at all levels and influence other business areas to deliver quality results.
