Established in 1995, ES Motors has become one of the most respected and trusted car repairers in Leeds. Our reputation is our bond, and all our staff work to maintain and strengthen our reputation through fair and high-quality customer service. We have 3 garages around Leeds; Moortown, Horsforth and Leeds city centre.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn all about the car motor industry. Full training will be given to the right candidate. The role is very varied, and you need to be willing to learn and lend your hand to many different aspects that the job requires and at times get your hands dirty!

With time and training you will be expected to:

  • Answer telephone calls
  • Take bookings
  • Manage customers either on the phone or face to face, helping them sort out issues with their car
  • Work closely with the mechanics to diagnose faults and repairs needed on a car
  • Price up and do estimates and explain to the customer what repairs are needed on the car and in what timescales
  • Assist in placing orders for parts and getting them ready for the jobs that are coming in
  • Help with cleaning around the garage, tidying up and moving cars around the garage or helping customers find parking spaces

At times you might be asked to work at other locations but initially you will be based at our Moortown office.

Hours, Pay & Holiday:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday and on a rota for Saturday half day
  • Salary depends on the right candidate and experience
  • 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

  • Trial period applies
