We're working with a global hospitality group to find an experienced Senior Procurement Buyer to join their London-based finance team. If you're a strategic sourcing professional with a passion for delivering cost-efficient, quality-focused procurement solutions - this could be your next move.
Reporting into the Director of Procurement for Europe, you'll play a key role in ensuring the group's lodging sites across Europe are fully supported across goods and services - balancing cost, quality, sustainability, and continuity of supply. You'll be responsible for end-to-end procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sourcing strategies and manage tender processes
- Negotiate supplier contracts and evaluate pricing structures
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement
- Conduct market analysis and benchmark performance
- Ensure alignment with ESG goals and sustainable sourcing
- Collaborate with property-level teams to understand operational needs
- Support integration activities and change management across sites
- Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement (ideally within hospitality)
- Proven background in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and French (business level - essential)
- Experience in technical services purchasing (hard services, contractors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (Oracle Fusion advantageous)
- CIPS certification is a plus
- Hybrid working model (3 days in office / 2 from home)
