The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
Supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance and the wider team you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the Enterprise Risk Management framework and oversight of regulatory requirements for the accountancy divisions and the Investment business.
- Advising fee earners and internal stakeholders on complex regulatory and ethical matters, including ICAEW requirements.
- Drafting and maintaining key compliance policies, procedures, and guidance documentation.
- Supporting the development of driving an enhanced firmwide conduct and ethics policy.
- Creating internal compliance communications and maintaining intranet content.
- Preparing quarterly reports for the committees meetings and assisting with external regulatory visits.
- Carrying out thematic monitoring and file reviews.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory or legislative changes which may impact the firm.
- Supporting the Learning and Development team in preparing and delivering regulatory training.
What we are looking for:
- Similar experience and a background in an Audit, Compliance role.
- Comfortable interpreting complex technical legislation and providing advice and guidance to fee earners.
- Experience in driving through change and enhancing a strong compliance culture in a collaborative environment.
- An Accountancy qualification is desirable but not essential.
