Head of E-Commerce Performance Remote | £70,000 – £80,000 + Benefits
We are working with one of the UK’s most exciting independent digital agencies, known for helping premium and high-consideration brands scale through a blend of performance marketing, strategy and creative thinking. This is a senior leadership role sitting above the Senior Paid Media team, focused on overseeing key e-commerce client relationships, driving strategic growth and acting as a trusted senior advisor to clients and internal stakeholders alike.
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy across a portfolio of premium e-commerce brands, ensuring campaigns are commercially aligned around CAC, LTV, profitability and wider business objectives - not just platform metrics. Alongside this, you’ll mentor and elevate a talented team whilst helping shape the agency’s future direction.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive Paid Media leadership experience across Meta, Paid Search and wider digital channels
- Understands e-commerce commercials, attribution and performance beyond last-click
- Is highly confident in client leadership, strategy and stakeholder management
- Comes from a smaller agency or fast-paced in-house environment
- Can combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial awareness
