The business is focused on providing high quality services to clients and candidates, often in difficult key skill areas, across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from winning new business and building client relationships to sourcing, screening, and placing candidates. They act as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates, ensuring the right fit while driving revenue through successful placements.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and building long-term relationships.
- Manage client accounts, understanding their hiring needs and advising on recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
- Coordinate the full recruitment process, including arranging interviews and negotiating offers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and clients while consistently working toward placement targets.

- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the tech sector (ideally), with a strong track record of billing and successful placements.
