- Thinking through user journeys, navigation, content hierarchy and usability as part of the design process.
- Creating responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Working closely with marketing and account teams to understand client requirements.
- Building and updating websites.
- Continually improving the design, usability and performance of existing sites.
- Managing multiple client projects and taking ownership from concept through to launch.
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial experience in website, digital or UI design .
- A portfolio demonstrating websites you've personally designed and the thinking behind your design decisions .
- Strong visual design skills across layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy and responsive design.
- A good understanding of
UX principles, user journeys and usability .
- Experience with
Figma, Webflow, Framer or similar tools .
- Confidence taking a project from a brief or wireframe and developing the visual direction yourself.
- A good understanding of how websites are built and work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working across multiple projects or clients would be advantageous.
- HTML/CSS or wider technical knowledge would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
Framer experience is NOT essential.
If you're a strong Web/UI Designer with good Figma, Webflow or similar experience, the business is happy to train you on Framer and other technical elements of the role.
What's on offer
£30,000–£40,000 depending on experience and portfolio.
You’ll join a growing business where you’ll have genuine ownership of your work, plenty of creative freedom and the opportunity to develop your technical skills alongside an experienced team.
