Manchester – office based

A successful technology company in Manchester are recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join their growing IT Service Delivery Team.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line hardware and software support, respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests, as well as set-up and support user devices.

Working in an ITIL environment you will be supporting MacOS and Google Workspace as well as Jira and Confluence.

This is a permanent role paying up to £35k pa and is office based in Manchester.
