In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our existing contractor workforce, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout their assignment. You'll also source and deliver talent for new vacancies across the business.

Alongside recruitment, you'll manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key client accounts secured by our Sales Director, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines candidate management, business partnering, and account management, offering the opportunity to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Account management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all recruitment needs.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently with high-quality candidates.
    • Conduct regular client reviews, providing market insights, recruitment updates, and proactive workforce planning advice.
    • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through excellent service delivery, cross-selling additional recruitment solutions, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Candidate Management
    • Build, manage, and engage with specialist candidate pools.
    • Identify and attract top talent through headhunting, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
    • Manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Market Expertise & Performance
    • Maintain high personal performance (activity, billings etc).
    • Continuously research and stay ahead of market trends.
    • Use CRM system effectively, keeping accurate and detailed records.
    • Meet and exceed weekly activity and KPI targets.
    • Complete all Sales Academy training programmes successfully.
