A successful global SaaS company is seeking an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to manage the Sales Commission Plan for over 300 sales people globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission Planning and Rollout – quota setting, capacity modeling, manager and field training
- Management of corporate bonus plan attainment calculations and payment process
- Deal validations / bookings support – specific to incentives
- Analytics – performance analysis, Club prep
- Managing a Commissions Analyst responsible for the monthly commission payment process and supporting escalations
Experience Needed
- Demonstrable SaaS / Software Commissions Management experience
- Salesforce Spiff commission tool admin
- Previous stakeholder relationships with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Partners
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
