A leading commodities firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join its Legal and Compliance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will provide key support to the Head of Legal and Compliance and will play a central part in an important contract review project. This position is ideal for someone with a legal or paralegal background, particularly with experience reviewing contract documentation. While prior exposure to the commodities sector is not required, full training and support will be provided on the technical aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, update, and assess client contracts and NDAs
  • Improve efficiencies within the firm's contract processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct audits and prepare clear, accurate reports on findings
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and documentation procedures
