We’re partnering with a global consumer brand to find a Senior Digital Designer who’s used to moving fast, juggling multiple brands, and delivering performance-led creative at scale. This is a hands-on role within a central Creative Hub, supporting international e-commerce campaigns across web, CRM, paid media and display. Ideal for someone with an agency background or strong experience working across multiple markets.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-quality digital assets across CRM/email, paid social, display, web and landing pages
- Adapting campaigns for multiple brands, markets and languages
- Producing motion assets (After Effects or similar) to support performance campaigns
- Using AI tools to speed up production, versioning and localisation without sacrificing quality
- Acting as a senior quality bar — reviewing work and improving templates, files and workflows
- Managing multiple briefs with pace, clarity and ownership
- What we’re looking for:
- 5–8+ years’ experience as a digital designer in agency or international in-house environments
- Strong e-commerce / performance marketing design experience
- Confident working across multi-brand, multi-market campaigns
- Solid motion design capability
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to scale creative output (essential)
- Comfortable in fast-paced teams and pushing back when needed
The details:
- Initial 6-month contract (extension likely)
- £400–£425 per day, Umbrella Rate inside IR35
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in London
- Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
