Sales Commissions Manager – Software/SaaS Sales

London – hybrid

A successful global SaaS company are seeking an experienced Sales Commissions Manager to manage the Sales Commission Plan for over 300 sales people globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission Planning and Rollout – quota setting, capacity modelling, manager and field training
  • Management of corporate bonus plan attainment calculations and payment process
  • Deal validations/bookings support – specific to incentives
  • Analytics – performance analysis, Club prep
  • Managing a Commissions Analyst responsible for the monthly commission payment process and supporting escalations

Experience needed

  • Demonstrable SaaS/Software Commissions Management experience
  • Salesforce Spiff commission tool admin
  • Previous stakeholder relationships with Sales, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Inside Sales and Partners
  • SaaS/recurring revenue models
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
