Our client is looking for a Release Manager to join them on a 3 month initial contract. This would be a hybrid role, 2 days per week in the office in London. You will support the end-to-end management of both Front End and Back End releases across their eCommerce site.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the release schedule, ensuring releases are on track, stakeholders informed and development teams aligned.
  • Monitor release progress and ensure that any blockers, risks or deviations are flagged.
  • Coordinate with the development teams and produce clear release and post release reports.

Experience:

  • Experience with software development release management - ideally having worked in eCommerce.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with release tooling such as Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines.
