A prestigious Management Consultancy are seeking Oracle HCM experienced Management Consultants to work on a UK wide transformation programme.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of Oracle HCM across multiple locations, migrating from existing software, working with business stakeholders and delivery partners.
- Coordinate and lead Oracle HCM workstreams within a UK wide transformation programme.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build strong relationships and ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experienced Management Consultant with a strong Oracle HCM programme management background.
- Preferably experience within the public sector.
- Both business and implementation experience; ability to operate across advisory and delivery roles.
Location & Environment
London – hybrid working
