The Role

We’re seeking a talented Leather Technician to join an established team manufacturing luxury interiors for some of the world's most exclusive and ultra-premium car programmes. In this role, you’ll combine traditional leather-handling skills with modern manufacturing standards, taking pride in delivering flawless finishes that exceed customer expectations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 07:30am — 16:30pm

Please Note: All candidates must possess valid right to work in the UK without restrictions and must undergo a standard criminal record check (DBS). Requirements

  • Ensure products meet design specifications, tolerances and customer quality standards
  • Be competent in maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements at short notice
  • Maintain a professional, accountable, proactive and helpful attitude at all times
  • Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude
  • Perform rework or repairs on defective items
  • Liaise with other technicians to achieve desired product finishes

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven experience in leather automotive environment would be desirable
  • Proficiency with leather handling techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret patterns, drawings, work orders etc
  • Good time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Understanding of workplace Health & Safety
