The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, practical Assembly Technician to join our busy production team. In this role, you’ll be on the tools every day, assembling high-quality products, reading production sheets, and using equipment like drills, torque wrenches, and measuring tools. We need someone who takes genuine pride in their work—someone with a keen eye for detail who can spot minor defects, solve everyday build issues, and keep things moving on schedule. You’ll have the independence to get on with your work, but you’ll also be part of a supportive team that steps in to help each other out with packing and general workshop tasks whenever needed. If you have solid assembly experience, enjoy working with your hands, and prefer an honest day’s work in a practical environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00—16:30

Requirements
- Assembly of products to required standards and timescales
- Reporting of any manufacturing defects found during assembly
- Reviewing manufacturing documentation and carry out the tasks independently
- Ensure the correct quality levels are adhered to
- Undertaking all assigned tasks in a timely manner with a flexible approach, prioritising workloads effectively
- Other assembly duties within the production department when required, for example, blocking up and packing goods
- Keen eye for detail – being able to spot defects and working with finesse
- Previous assembly experience, and able to overcome issues when assembling
- Use of hand and air tools – drills, screw drivers, torque wrenches, measuring devices
Previous experience required:
- Working with high value products
- Experience and comfortable use of hand tools
- Able to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety when working with adhesives
