The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Warehouse Team Leader with a strong warehouse/logistics background who thrives on taking initiative and making things happen. In this role, you’ll lead a team of up to 6 warehouse operatives, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while championing a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. With hands-on experience of ERP systems such as SAP, you’ll confidently manage stock, workflows, and reporting, using data to drive smarter decisions. You’ll play a key role in delivering Kaizen and 5S initiatives, leading improvement projects from idea through to execution, and constantly seeking better, leaner ways of working. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys leading from the front and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Experience within a Warehouse / Logistics type role preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Confident self-starter
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Previous ERP / SAP experience
- Experience of Kaizen / 5's and general improvement project execution
- Previous leadership experience responsible for managing teams consisting of 3-8 people
