EPPL is currently looking for a dedicated PDI Technician to join our team. This role is critical in the final stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring that every hand-built vehicle is prepared to an exceptional standard before being despatched to dealers worldwide.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for a variety of technical and aesthetic preparation tasks, including:
- Technical Inspection: Visually inspecting vehicle bodywork and the underside using a 2-post ramp.
- Specification Checks: Confirming each vehicle is built to the correct customer specification.
- Digital Reporting: Completing digital inspection checklists with high accuracy.
- Paintwork Preparation: Degreasing, panel wiping, and mop polishing paintwork.
- Valeting: Deep cleaning wheels, tyres, interiors, trim, and soft tops.
- Final Despatch: Applying panel protection and loading additional kits into the vehicle ready for shipping.
- Previous experience in a PDI, valeting, or automotive detailing environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
- Reliability and the ability to work the specified shift patterns on-site.
