We’re looking for a Group IT Support Technician to become a key part of our Group IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of first-line IT support across multiple business sites. You will be the frontline responder for all IT support requests across the group. You\’ll deliver timely and effective support, maintain and configure IT systems, manage assets, and help administer platforms like Google Workspace and Quickbase. You’ll also contribute to exciting IT projects, with a strong focus on data security and compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
