Electrical Technician Hixon Here at E-ppl we are leading suppliers of Managed Services within the automotive industry. Working with the main OEMs within the UK and overseas. We are a specialist contractor who OEM\βs call on to support their vehicle projects. This can range from carefully planned and executed launch support projects through to very reactive quality campaigns. All our projects are fully managed offering a turn-key solution to our customers. We are looking for skilled and experienced Electrical technicians to join our team supporting our customer based in Staffordshire, on an ongoing contract basis. As an Electrical Technician you will be responsible for the installation of electrical components to light commercial vehicles. The main responsibilities for the successful candidates are: * Electrical installations of lights, lamps, and beacons. * Fitting and testing of reverse sensors and alarms. * Wiring and fitting electrics to install tow bars. * Fitting and installing wiring looms. * Modifying electrical circuits loom building and installation. * Diagnose faults and rectify. * Remove and refit trim and components to the vehicle. Electrical Technician Requirements: * High school diploma and auto electrical qualification certificate or equivalent * Proven work experience as an Electrical Technician. * Ability to work in confined spaces. * Complex problem-solving skills. * Ability to operate electrical diagnostic equipment. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work independently and efficiently. * Must have own electrical tools, Multi-meter, a good range of crimping tools, socket set, electrical screwdrivers, trim tools Hours of work are Monday β Friday 8.00am β 5.00pm Salary is Β£19.80 per hour.
