E-ppl Ltd is seeking skilled Auto Electricians / Electrical Vehicle Technicians to join our dedicated team on-site. As a leading supplier of Managed Services within the automotive industry, we provide specialist support to premium clients executing high-profile vehicle conversions. Stepping away from basic vehicle maintenance, you will work alongside a highly skilled engineering team to deliver bespoke modifications, electrical builds, and complete conversions for essential services.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Systems & Integration: Fit, repair, install, and integrate enhanced automotive electrical and electronic systems, including custom loom building and circuit modifications.
- Diagnostics & Rectification: Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, execute complex fault finding, and develop custom electrical solutions.
- Modern Powertrains: Work directly with advanced, next-generation vehicular technologies, including P/HEV and M/HEV platforms.
- Conversions & Fitment: Perform full end-to-end vehicle conversions, including interior/exterior trim removal, glass fitment upgrades, light mechanical tasks, and general build modifications.
- Safety & Standards: Execute all work strictly to vehicle build specifications while taking responsible care for Health & Safety in the workplace.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible and capable of obtaining BPSS checks.
- Qualifications: High school diploma plus a formal Auto Electrical Qualification Certificate (or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven track record as an Auto Electrician working on complex vehicular systems, custom conversions, or commercial fleets.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of modern vehicle electrical systems, ability to operate diagnostic equipment, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working in confined spaces.
- Mindset: Strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
