The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Warehouse Team Leader with a strong warehouse/logistics background who thrives on taking initiative and making things happen. In this role, you’ll lead a team of up to 6 warehouse operatives, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while championing a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. With hands-on experience of ERP systems such as SAP, you’ll confidently manage stock, workflows, and reporting, using data to drive smarter decisions.
You’ll play a key role in delivering Kaizen and 5S initiatives, leading improvement projects from idea through to execution, and constantly seeking better, leaner ways of working. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys leading from the front and making a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
We are specialist service providers to the vehicle manufacturing industry and their supply chain, and this is an excellent opportunity to join our team. In return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with a starting basic pay rate of between £18.00 and £19.00 per hour PAYE.

Based in the Milton-Keynes area, this role is commutable from Bradwell, Loughton, Woburn Sands, Castlethorpe, Deanshanger, Cranfield and St Albans, amongst many other areas of Buckinghamshire regions. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS criminal record check.

Qualifications
- Experience within a Warehouse / Logistics type role preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Confident self-starter
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Previous ERP / SAP experience
- Experience of Kaizen / 5's and general improvement project execution
- Previous Leadership experience responsible for managing teams consisting of 3-8 people
