We are the specialists OEMs call on to support crucial vehicle projects—ranging from carefully planned launch support and build phases to highly reactive quality campaigns addressing immediate production or market needs.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Paint Prep Technician to join our team in Malvern. This hands-on role is critical to achieving the highest quality finish on vehicle components and full vehicles. Applying your strong background in automotive bodywork, you will use precision and care to meet the stringent quality standards of our major OEM clients.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in automotive bodywork, sanding, and surface preparation (experience with plastic and fiberglass repair is highly desirable).
- Strong technical proficiency with common body shop hand and power tools, as well as various primers, fillers, and sealants.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving flawless, OEM-level quality.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under demanding production schedules.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (vocational training or certification in automotive body repair/painting is a significant advantage).
