Responsibilities

  • Precision Assembly & Maintenance: Performing high-level mechanical assembly, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections), and servicing.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Moving beyond diagnostic codes to understand the soul of the machine, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Chassis & Powertrain Integration: Working with bespoke bonded aluminium platforms and high-performance engines.
  • Quality Mastery: Ensuring the fit, finish, and performance of every component reflects the brand's heritage of excellence.

Requirements

  • Qualified Experts: Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • The "Right" Hands: Experience with high-end, classic, or performance vehicles is a significant advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: An eye for perfection and a respect for the materials you work with (from hand-formed metal to fine leather and wood).
  • Adaptability: Someone comfortable using modern diagnostic tools but equally skilled with a torque wrench and traditional hand tools.
