Job Description:
We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Coordinator to join our recruitment team on a permanent basis. E-ppl supports operations across the UK, mainly in the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors. This role offers training and career progression in a fast-paced industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media
- Screening CVs and initial candidate outreach
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Maintaining data in our Applicant Tracking System
- Assisting with compliance and onboarding paperwork
- Building relationships with candidates and managers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
