Working within a skilled, supportive team, you will ensure the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms. \n Key Responsibilities \n · Inspection & Servicing: Execute diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms. \n · Rectification & Prep: Complete follow-on maintenance to ensure full safety and compliance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections. \n · Fleet Upgrades & Reworks: Upgrade vehicles to operational standards and resolve defects identified during quality examinations. \n · Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety policies at all times. \Level 3 IMI, NVQ, City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. \n · Experience: Proven track record as a Vehicle Technician (military, commercial, or fleet background strongly preferred). \n · Skills: Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with fleet asset tracking. \n · Security Clearance: Standard coveralls and safety footwear (all mechanical tools provided). \Ideal for lodge-based contractors or commutable candidates from Hull, Beverley, Driffield, Bridlington, York, and the wider East Riding/Yorkshire region. \n · Exceptional Travel & Stay Package: Fully paid hotel (Sunday night through Friday checkout) and mileage expenses provided (subject to candidate location). \n · Generous Daily Allowance: £25.00/day living allowance plus up to 250 miles/week reimbursed at 45p/mile where eligible. \n · Great Work-Life Balance: Enjoy an early finish every Friday afternoon. \Standard and specialist mechanical tools are supplied on-site—no need to haul your own chest. \Full sponsorship and processing for your BPSS security clearance. \n · Forces-Friendly Employer: We actively welcome applications from Ex-Forces and Armed Forces veterans. \n How to Apply \n Initial interviews are conducted by telephone, followed by a final skills test on-site stage at Warminster \n E-ppl Ltd is an equal opportunity employer. \
